Considering the economical and practical, it is suggested that the actual demand of the metering pump is 70 to 90% of the rated flow rate of the metering pump.
3, determine the material of the pump head (Ye Liduan):
After determining the specific type and specification of the metering pump, we choose the material of the overcurrent part according to the properties of the overflowing medium. This step is very important. If it is not selected properly, it will cause the corrosion of the medium, damage the overflowing parts or media, and leak the pollution system. When you choose the metering pump, you also need to consider the precision level of the required metering pump, and the higher the precision level, the greater the input. The general working temperature of the metering pump is at - 30~100 C, and the working temperature range of the special metering pump is wider. For example, the high temperature liquid metering pump with thermal insulation jacket can deliver 500 degrees of temperature. For granularity of medium, we should be less than 0.1mm. For medium larger than 0.1mm, the flow structure of pump can be changed to meet the need.
